Channels, voice notes, a C++ and Python compiler, video rooms, a task board and an XP economy in one workspace. Built for students who form five squads a year and lose three of them to a dead group chat.
UNIT-03 · keeps the mock-contest clock
Nothing here is a tooling gap in the abstract. This is where the work actually goes missing.
Where the good idea was posted at 01:40 and scrolled past by morning. No structure, no history you can search, no way to say who owns it.
The proposal, the template library, the one snippet that actually worked. Version three lives in someone's Downloads folder and nobody can find it at 2am.
Set up with great intentions in week one. Abandoned by week three because finishing a card gave you nothing back.
Connect a judge and Squadron reads your rating, then plots the whole cohort on one scale. A squad can see the range it has — and the range it is missing — before it commits to three people for a season.
Switch squads from the panel at the top and everything changes with it: the channels, the board, the calendar, the standings. One workspace per team, not one workspace per person.
Make as many channels as the squad needs and give each one its own symbol. Your messages sit right, everyone else's left, and unread counts tell you where the conversation moved.

Drag a card into Solved and the XP pays out immediately — to you and to the standings. Move it back and the XP is withdrawn. Every task is worth the same, so nobody can price their own work.
Squads publish the slots they still need and the skill they are missing. Request one and the captain sees your rating, your XP and your last five contests — not a paragraph about yourself.
Two 2100+ members looking for a third who is comfortable with computational geometry.
Not logins. Not streak-bait. XP is paid when a task reaches Solved — a flat rate the server sets, so nobody can inflate their own card. Drag it back out and the XP goes with it.
A small roster, a shared template file you can actually run, and a mock-contest calendar.
Board · compiler · mocksProposal drafts reviewed line by line, org shortlists, and the coding-period timeline once you are in.
Drafts · reviews · timelineThirty-six hours, a locked problem statement, and a board that tells everyone what is unclaimed right now.
Roles · board · demoA rated ladder, one problem a day, editorial at a fixed hour, and a rule about missing three days.
Ladder · streaks · standingsNo trial tier, no waiting list, no add-ons. Every item below is built and working — make a squad and it is all there.
Add as many as you need and give each one an emoji or symbol instead of a hash.
